The appointment availability is the same as what can be scheduled through the Patient Contact Center. It is preferred that you schedule and cancel your appointments online as we are experiencing a very high call volume.

To book an appointment, you must be an existing patient.

Please note, if you are scheduling a one year or a four year physical exam for your child, your child must have already reached their first or fourth birthday. If not, you will be asked to reschedule.
